  • Good but need more characters

The game is fun to play but there are so many characters you can encounter as enemy’s but can’t obtain for example there are many different clone troopers in the game but we can’t obtain any like ponds we can’t fight him on Geo but can’t get him and the B2 rocket droid what I’m saying is why have full ability’s and models done for them if they are just pepole you have to fight you should add all the clones that you have and new iconic characters too.

Very grindy, pay to compete, but worst of all the Galactic Battleground will randomly shut down my phone. That’s right not just game crashes but it completely shuts down my iPhone 11 Pro.

  • Awesome game, hate sim tickets

    By Billybobjoeman

Pls get rid of sim tickets, Marvel’s replica of this game doesn’t use sim tickets and it’s so much better. There’s already enough restrictions and consumables that only serve as money grabs, I think the need for energy in the game is enough. I always have to wait for my team to win a battle when I could instantly win with a sim ticket, while farming ability materials and such. The games already enough of a grind and there’s already too many limits to how you grind. Without sim tickets I’d still only be able to do a battle 5 times usually so what’s the point of limiting how fast I go through those 5 attempts? Maybe cap how many times you can do cantina battles, then get rid of sim tickets. If you don’t have any sim tickets, everything takes so much longer, and getting them isn’t easy unless you’re willing to fork cash for those purple crystals to spend on them.

The short: great fun for Star Wars fans with wide range of in-app games and challenges, with long term goals also possible The long: surely you are all aware of this game by now but if you are not, then read on. You don’t need much manual dexterity in this game so you don’t need perfectly timed complex finger movements to “first person shoot” hordes of enemies. Instead it’s a bit like “KOTOR (Knights Of The Old Republic)” where the holocharacters you play have specific actions during their turn (such as for example a basic fire, or a more damaging multi-target shot, or an”stun” effect, etc) so you just choose what your characters do and they do it, and the enemies operate the same way. Characters and factions (ex: Clone Troopers, Bounty Hunters, Empire allies, etc) also have complementing synergies which work well when these characters are “fighting” in the same team. For example, some characters are more damaging to droids, and some Jedis are more effective against Separatist allies, etc. So sometimes just using the strongest characters of your roster won’t be as effective as using Night Sisters which work together against their enemies. The not-so-fun-but-its-more-pet-peeves-than-anything: since disney took over the franchise, they have been putting more emphasis on the “sequels” (ep. 7-8-9) characters and bonuses, so you have a quite a few characters you may end up having due to weekly-monthly-yearly quests, whether you want them or not. I often feel that my game “auto-activated” characters I never really sought in the first place, such as “General Hux” or the “First Order Executioner”. Anyway it’s a pet peeve because I’d rather try to boost and elevate the classic trilogy characters, as well as most prequel characters and the “KOTOR” characters. Another peeved I had when I started playing the game a couple years ago was how incredibly long it seemed to start building a decent roster. But after patience and regular daily play, I was finally able to unlock more desirable characters. For a while I was OK with my roster so I started collecting/unlocking characters which are generally considered “useless” (Mob Enforcer, Lobot, for examples) but soon realized that I needed to concentrate my “loot” (i.e coins, crystals, credits, etc) into boosting specific characters in order to complete quests which are the only way to gain some key characters. So for you starters, don’t neglect Farmboy Luke when you start to unlock characters like Princess Leia, R2-D2 and Vader for example. My major peeve is a recent one: I was a daily contributing member to a guild for years, even being the only one able to compete in a very high level raid, but one day they booted me out for no good reason: in fact no reason was given at all, and so I had to either rejoin a guild which hasn’t started raids yet, or starting my own guild which no one joined, so be careful when you start joining guilds! Anyway it’s a really fun game, maybe has too many updates, but rarely crashes and is rather rewarding for the Star Wars fans, especially if you do your daily activities to get your daily bonuses.

  • 100% garbage

This game has nothing except micro transactions. The end game content is non existent, with no sign of any future content. This game needs new developers who actually care about Star Wars. I would give this game zero stars if I could!

  • Fantastic Game!

I’d highly recommend any Star Wars fan to pick this up. I’ve spent countless hours in this game collecting heroes and ships and I can never get bored of it! The game paces you very well with the energy system and allows players that are grinding to use crystals and sim tickets to get things done quicker. You always have the option to play slow or play fast. But one thing that I’ve heard plenty of people complaining about on forums, is the lack of the ability to buy the Bronzium Packs in clusters. For players like me who forget about this pack we end up trying to buy as much as we can, yet it takes hours just to buy them all. I hope this can be fixed with a spend all button, or something like that. Otherwise it is a fantastic game! Try it out!

  • Poor performance on iPhone SE

The game ran fine on my 6s but since I upgrade to the new iPhone SE the frame rate is atrocious. The lag is so intense it’s barely playable. Plus my phone get very hot if I play longer that 5 min. Please update and optimize your game for the new phone it’s a deal breaker !! The game itself is fine if not for the predatory in app purchase.
