It’s definitely a pay-to-win game, but with some time and dedication you can get a great team with ease. It took about a year, off and on, for me to get to max lvl. Once I got there, it was one of the funnest games I’ve played. The grind is insane and it’s a blast strategizing your characters for grand arena.
The game is great but the developers are greasy af. I haven't played for 3 yrs and come back to find it’s just as dishonest as previous. Seriously, pay for a “chance” at an item… that’s messed up. There is so much to work on in this game, it’s not necessary to soak the players like that. Couldn’t imagine going to McDonalds, paying for a meal and… you might get fries, might not. Maybe you’ll just get two fries, no burger. Capital games is a bunch of scammers.
It was pretty good at the beginning, got very far into the game and then ea hard reset me for no reason, lost everything. Won’t play now won’t play ever
Great game overall! I would like to see Mara Jade (Lightside) and bring in Scouts troopers, Imperial Combat Drivers, Vehicle Command Crewer, and Stormtroopers Comander.

I have been playing this game daily since August 2016. There has been issues in the game like any other. In the first couple years, tech support was great. Since then, it is hard just to get to communicate with someone in support. It takes days for them to check on problems (my wife is a game programmer, and works on bugs... she is stunned by the lack of support and the disrespect I have gotten). This last time i reached out, it was for ability material ultimate for Rey GL. Nothing but reboot game, my device, or check my wifi. I have not received a message back since I said this. Not only that the last time I reached out, it took 2 days before I spoke to a support, who lied to me. He said support doesn’t look into missing gear (which constantly happens). I called his bluff and he apologized and said he doesn’t know this game and isn’t even a game programmer... wow! Thanks for your not respecting and supporting me the way I have for you for 6 years
