I hate this game. What a colossal mess. The only Songpop worth playing is the classic version. This one has too much going on and is not even slightly fun. Huge fail. Fix the flaws within the classic version and trash this one. Garbage.
Not impressed - where are my other challenges and rewards?
Followed prompts within game to align this game with my SongPop Classic account. It ended with my SongPop Classic account being cancelled, as prompted by them. I reported the issue to them immediately 48 hours ago. They have done nothing to correct this. All they did was reach out to ask what email address was associated with my SongPop Classic account, and saying I’d hear within 24 hrs. Do not fall for their scam. I have now paid for an annual subscription to a game I do not want and have lost everything I built up in SongPop Classic after 10 years of play. I managed to get the iTunes Store to refund what they charged me to set up an entirely new account in SongPop Classic. Do not fall for their rouse. They state your accounts well be linked and that the annual fee covers both. That is a lie.
The new SongPop is beyond terrible, lots and lots of frustrated players. Why change what was working……been playing this game for years and will probably quit.
I’ve played this game for over 15 years and have paid to subscribe the last two. A few days ago the app tried to force me to download a sister app so I could play my missions. Very uncool. I have unsubscribed and will look elsewhere for music trivia games.
I pay a monthly fee for this game and it isn’t allowing me to play anymore and the tech support isn’t responding.
i was a 10 year player of this app even started to pay premium for the last 2 years. then they started pushing their new app and removing perks and aspects of the game. everyone was complaining on their facebook groups and they failed to listen. i unsubscribed and will move on.

What a terrible upgrade. Classic is great. This one is terrible.
Why is the app forcing me to play live games? It’s getting super annoying now. Give us choice within the app which games we prefer & stop the insane amount of ads. Developers are making the once fun game unplayable.
