HUGE game! Beautiful appearance! Deep story! Tons to do! Appreciable differences in factions! Alliances are just starting to build now so the game will only get better! The “Adventure Plan” offers excellent perks for a modest monthly fee (<$5.00). #1 - You are safe in your Station when you are not playing! No more waking up in the middle of night to apply a Shield or sneaking a check on the game at work - Live, work and play when you want!

  • Game crashes
    By JoshuaM53

After the 1.5 update the game constantly crashes, I’ve lost 2 top tier ships that cost over 30 mil in game money and the devs don’t send me a peep back. DO NOT WASTE TIME ON THIS GAME. The problem I am having is not because of a bad connection or anything device related, it’s the second galaxy client. Other games I play similar to Second galaxy work fine and I NEVER have the issues I have with this game. Again, this game is A COLOSSAL WASTE OF TIME!

    Great game

  • Customer service ignores specific customers with valid feedback
    By Maursader

I’ve offered customer service and their community direct feedback which went largely ignored. My feedback includes ways to improve and for the most part, I get screwed over by the devs regularly. Now everyone can play the game and the iOS client is outdated. Their solution? Play on PC. I don’t own a PC. Thanks devs. You guys destroyed this game for me. Here’s some feedback, empathize for your customer. Not everything is about hard numbers. I used to think highly of you guys, but sadly you’re just relying on micro transactions. Edit: Dev response says they are waiting for Apple to refresh the app listing. I still have several outstanding issues with this game. As a game developer you just gave me a generic customer service message. You don’t actually listen to feedback and try to make things right. Customer service needs a ton of work. I can’t believe they are allowed to conduct business in the App Store, I might have to file a complaint with Apple directly.

  • Untimely Updates
    By RisingXIII

Roughly 24hrs unable to login to game due to no new client on App Store. Makes me wonder how poor the planning was for executing a new update or if AppStore flagged the update due to violation of store terms/malicious code. Very frustrating and makes me not have confidence with this developers.

  • $$$$$$$$$$$ with Great Graphics
    By marco.renna

I was very excited about the release of this game. The way it was described you could choose YOUR style of play, research, collect resources to build out your ships, advance at an appropriate pace whether you chose to be a warrior, scientist, engineer or explorer. Here’s the kicker, whatever YOU choose you have to be involved in the galactic battles or there is no advancing in the game. The licensing for ships requires you to battle, various adventures require battles, being part of Corps requires it. There is ZERO choose your own direction, its all galactic wars. Number 2: this game costs a ton of $$$ to play and advance through. You will spend a minimum of $100 in the first 90 days of play, some in my Corp are spending that weekly through micro-transactions, $5 here $10 there and oooooh I can unlock these 2 cool new ships for $20 but you’ll soon find out that you need to drop another $100 to get to that second ship. Like with every mobile game today there is going to be a price, I get that. This game, much like a few others I’ve played, can rack up the dollars fast if you’re not careful for very little gain. The game play is okay although you’ll get stuck at a few points with little chance of advancing unless you can dedicate hours of your time to going through REDDIT, Facebook, and other online resources to get round about answers that mostly apply to the desktop PC version of the game. On iOS the screen is tiny, hard to read and has very little ability to decipher all the little icons littered through the HUD. Online support from the Dev is virtually nonexistent. I’ve sent multiple tickets with no response, I don’t even think they get read. The OFFICIAL game website is little more than a (very) basic overview of the tutorial with a breakdown of the MOST BASIC ships and little info about how to best build them out. It’s frustrating. I’ve been patiently waiting for more than 12 hours for the BIG 1.5 update while BEING LOCKED OUT OF THE GAME. Now I’m learning that most of the big deal upgrades to the game play will cost between $125 and $200 to unlock?! Seriously? People, unless you live in mom’s basement and have nothing better to do with your money than drop it on a mobile game ... Save your time and energy and $$. 30 days of game play isn’t good enough and there is still WAY too much this dev has to get fixed in this game before it can even be considered social let alone playable.

Keeps crashing on iPhone 6 and now I can’t play. (Please fix this)

  • Game way too hard and complicated for new comers
    By Si1encer JZ.

The pilot license (which is required to pilot bigger better ships) along is very very difficult to pass if you start with the economy of dawn. The stacks are so high against you, even when I spend the money buying gears, it’s still difficult to pass! Good luck with you peeps think you can play this game for free! If you enjoy banging your head against the wall over and over, this is game for you.

  • Quitting game if I can figure out how
    By x1111111

Can’t get a response from makers on how to close my account. Very hard to get ahead in this game without regular cash infusions. Now discovering that player characters in teams can bust in on your single player missions block your warp drive and kill you. Hey yes it’s realistic, but it means that there is now no way I can get ahead without dumping cash into the game, spent enough already, I want out. If you read this SG, let me out! Update a few days later: Apparently you cannot delete your account once created - so think twice before joining!
