Don’t listen to the bad reviews this game is very fun a lot of cool events and yes there can be some bullying but you always have that in a multiplayer game with clans and stuff just like in guns of clary you always have that one guy or clan that starts a whole thing and ruins the game
Game idea itself is good but after grinding my way to level 20 I finally quit. Tired of getting attacked over and over by higher level players and I can do nothing about it, except spend huge amount of money so I can become a bully too.. game really has nothing to do with Star Trek other than the name. Too bad.
This game is a pay to win game. So, as long as you have deep pockets and are willing to to pay, then by all means go for it. There are some cool features in game and the graphics are décent, but the politics (both players and alliances), unfairness (I.e. high-level players being able to bully far lower-level players), and costs (in both time and money) far outweigh the the joy and entertainment, imo. What would generally cost you $70-$100 (CA$) for a top notch consol or PC game won’t even make a scratch in this game. So essentially, if you’re starting now and want to get ahead, you’ll probably have to dump at least $100/month (probably more) on an ongoing basis, which I think is just ridiculous for a MOBILE game. Success in the game really does depend on how much you’re willing to spend. And even then, the bar rises just as fast (or faster) in terms of daily tasks, construction and upgrades. Once you get past level 30, virtually everything costs high grade minerals which can be bought (expensive af), mined and then refined (slow af with minimal gains), or occasionally getting some through quests. Anywho, there are way funner games out there for way better costs.
Top quality game.
I dunno what y’all smoking! You want easy, move on! You want a galactic kick in the teeth? You wanna struggle and rise to the top of the crop? This is the 1
Ok, long story short, it’s pay to win, free to play. Like most mmo real time strategy games. There’s no getting around this, so if you’re a free player, don’t expect to get anywhere fast past base lvl 15. Aside from the rather tired and overplayed base model, the story is rather decent. Players are how players are. Can’t help asshats. They exist. I’ve made a ton of actual real friends through my alliance, to the point of offering real world assistance after finding out I got hit with this Covid bug. The game is what you make it, honestly. Yes, Scopley stacks the deck for paid players, but all games do. Get your grind on, and any true Star Trek fan will appreciate this.
Stay away from this game. App is glitchy, crashes at least once every 10 minutes. Crashes will cost you resources and detract from game play. Developer accepts no responsibility for errors even if you have paid money they blame you. They do not compensate for any lost resources due to there errors. It is well known with game players, people complain about it all the time in game chat they call it a scopely. When I contact them about problems on Apple products they ignore me all together. The game play is glitchy and crashes the most on Apple devices.
Love the game... not perfect, some people buying their way in this game, some players doesn’t act nicely. Still best game related to Star Trek with so many new stuff every week. For those haters who spit at the game, just don’t play it... ✌️🖖
The game has potential but at 100$ per upgrade pack the costs are silly The pvp is lacking as everyone just stays shielded 90% of the time and with no incentive to not be shielded why wouldn’t they.
A little quirky at times. Very complex. Take your time building. Only purchase what you can afford. You can achieve lots by completing dailies, events, missions and mining resources. Follow rules of engagement. Scopley is improving game all the time.
Cool concept and in many ways a great game. As you level up however it becomes very difficult to advance without spending money and the game is fairly glitchy. Enjoyable but could really use a patch.
