App Information

The sequel to the smash hit mobile game “Virtual Families 2” is here! A note from the developer: Hi, and thanks for taking a look at Virtual Families 3! We have been working on it for quite a while, and we’re very happy to be able to finally share this new chapter with everyone. With Virtual Families 2 being downloaded over 40 million times, we are so grateful to our dedicated fans and humbled by all your kind words and support! You are the reason we set out to make the third chapter of Virtual Families! We spent years crafting an experience would live up to your expectations, and we plan to continue to listen to all your feedback to make it better with every update! Before you skip down to the bullet points and screenshots, let me say a few quick words about this game, and life simulations in general: I love life simulation games. I have always been passionate about designing them, and almost everything that comes out of Last Day of Work is a life sim of some kind. This one, in particular, thrills me so much because it is designed to have a life of its own: unpredictable and so different each time I play it, and each time another player plays it. I love that the story unfolds differently for everyone who plays it, and your experience with the game might be wildly different from your friends’ experiences. Designing this type of game, however, has its own special challenges. The main challenge is that EVERYTHING in life is a great idea to add to a game like this. There are SO many great ideas, and we simply cannot put them all in at launch. So, while I hope the game captivates you as much as it does us, there will inevitably be things that you feel are missing and you would love to see added (tell us!). We plan to update the content in this game. We want to add improved pets that are more like real life, more storyline, more events, tons of new things to buy, and the list goes on and on. We will also continue to tune and deepen all the game's inner workings that control happiness, health, and everything else. While the game has been balanced to be playable for free and without purchasing anything, we hope that you will find something compelling enough in the game to give us support so that we can continue to create fun new updates. Enjoy Virtual Families 3! Please visit our Facebook page and our forums to give us your own amazing ideas and suggestions, and don’t forget to check in on your little family or they will get very sad. :) With sincere gratitude, Arthur Humphrey Lead Designer, Last Day of Work Virtual Families 3 has all this and more: * Adopt a little person and start a family. Make babies and pass the house on to the kids! * Train your little people to behave as you wish by praising and scolding them. * Create your family the way you choose, with the same diversity that you would expect in real life! * Your little people will send you messages, thanking, pleading, and praising you for caring for them. * Runs in True Real Time. Your little people continue to live, eat, grow, and work when the app is switched off. * Your little family is in your time zone! Is it getting dark where you live? Your little family is probably getting ready for bed then... * Highly varied, unpredictable game play. No two games run the same. * Make babies. Cure illnesses. Help nurture and guide generations of your family. * Restore the house. Remodel rooms and add new ones. Shop and decorate. • Why is everything so expensive now
    1
    By nibbllez

After the new update, everything from the furniture to the career updates became like 10 times more expensive while my job salary was lessened to 10% of what it was before. How am I supposed to afford all this stuff without spending money or spending an entire half a year grinding

  • Just the same game as before

Same game but more expensive. Takes way too long to afford anything. Even the 2.99 pack is only 1500 coins and that does nothing. Too expensive and too over rated. Maybe if they added way more coins for the price I’d pay for them

Everytime I get on this app, it makes me sign into my id all time, I’m so damn annoyed, also it takes a while for the babies to grow up. It’s cute to see the animations but honestly VF2 is way better and my favourite. This one is just trash to me. Bye.

  • Everyone is between 25-32

    By Heidie1999

For Virtual Families 3 I appreciate that you guys got more diverse with race, gender, etc. But you got LESS diverse with the ages of the people unfortunately. Everyone we can select is between 25-32 or thereabouts, with most being between 26-30. To me that isn’t an accurate representation of real life. Some people are 20 when they start their families, some are 40. This isn’t reflected in the game and it’s frustrating that we always have to start with our character being 25 or 27, or whatever. It also means we have more limited time that we can upgrade in careers, have kids, etc in the game because if our character starts off as a 30 year old, there’s less time to spend with them.

The game would be fun but making/earning money is way to hard and takes to long. And I wish more events happened it gets boring

  • Kind of Disappointing

I have liked this game ever since the first one. Tho the problem with this 3rd one is the resolution is cut off the screen of an iPhone so you cannot see some of the game stuffs. I hope devs would fix this issue.

  • Loved the previous games but…

I’m disappointed by this one. There’s nothing really new. No mysteries! The ghost isn’t a mystery, it’s only an annoyance.. because each time she pops up it auto-scrolls and zooms my screen. I think they could’ve done better with this one. It’s actually very anti-idle. the people don’t even really work unless you're there to make them do it. the work progress bar goes up soooo slowly and you get so little money from it. I got a “promotion” and still make the same amount. I like that both parents can share kid duties in this one. I HATE that pets are just another annoyance and they can literally make you drop a rare item. I also hate that I have to plan when I’ll place furniture because everyone will stop all important duties to “watch furniture get rearranged” oh my god that’s aggravating. Finally, placing furniture is also IMPOSSIBLE because when I drag the item from the menu it also swipes into my notification centre. Every single time. And then freezes me from interacting with my game. Overall just disappointed.

  • Duplicate children

I love this game but I keep having an issue where I just keep getting duplicates of the same child over and over again. I got 4 in a row of the exact same looking child that doesn’t even look like either of the parents. This KEEPS happening and It makes the game much less fun and less interesting. Please fix this!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Not it

What annoys me most is how often a pipe/sink breaks in the bathroom. The plumber is not cheap you know? Costs me 220 every single time I open the app. And with a starting salary of 60$/hour nonetheless The furniture is much more expensive. (The sofa used to cost 75, now it costs in the hundreds) You basically do no progress because the base salary stays the same as families 2. Can't buy anything unless you watch the ads. I was disappointed to see that you cant rotate furniture completely. There's only two sides you can switch to. I honestly don't know why it has more stars than families 2.

It’s a fun, relaxing game. I do wish that it would be easier to earn coins, but it’s not a big deal.
